Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received

  • In its original packaging

  • With tags (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item first. Once the return is processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. Items must meet the same return eligibility conditions outlined above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to complete the transaction.
